UX testing

This is how we find out what really counts

We find out what people really experience when using your digital offerings - so that you can make informed decisions and make targeted improvements.

What we do - and why:

Whether it's a website, app or internal tool - the decisive factor is how well people get on with it. However, this is not shown in the meeting room, but in real use. This is exactly where we start with UX testing. We take a close look, listen and analyze what works well - and what can be improved.

Good UX is not created at a desk. It shows itself in real use - and can be measured, observed and improved. This is precisely why UX testing is not an add-on for us, but a central part of the development process.

Depending on the project, we use different test forms:

Expert testing

In expert testing, we take a trained look at your existing digital products - for example, a store page, a landing page or the entire website. We analyze how easy it is to find content, whether processes are understandable and how well the user guidance works. The result: a compact evaluation of user-friendliness with clear recommendations that can be implemented immediately.

User testing

We collect real feedback during user testing. Either conducted in an interview or unmoderated with test subjects from your target group. The participants solve typical tasks on the website and speak out loud - this is how we recognize intuitive strengths and specific weaknesses. The analysis shows how the site works in practice - and what can be improved.

Data-based testing

In data-based testing, we measure the effect of changes on the website with real users - for example using an A/B test. Two variants are played out simultaneously and show which works better. The whole process is structured, with clear objectives and measurable success values. This allows well-founded decisions to be made and risks to be reduced.

When is UX testing particularly worthwhile?

  • When launching new web projects or a comprehensive relaunch - to set the right course early on.
  • For fine-tuning individual elements such as forms, buttons or content - if conversion targets are not being met.
  • Before or after the rollout of new functions, tools or campaigns - to understand how they are really received.
  • As part of continuous quality control - so that user-friendliness remains high in the long term and problems do not arise in the first place.

Why MOSAIQ?

Because we don't see testing as an end in itself. Instead, we see it as a pragmatic tool to make products better - with an eye for detail and a feel for people. Our recommendations are understandable, comprehensible and directly implementable. And if desired, we can also accompany the next step.

Sounds exciting?

Let's talk about your plans without obligation. Perhaps a test is the right first step.
