A good occasion to look back...
... which is why we are inviting family, friends and partners of the agency to take a look at the past 25 years of MOSAIQ. Let's start with the founding of the agency in 1998.
We started out with a different name, but a new name quickly established itself and, then as now, stands for an agency and long-term partner for companies that want to grow digitally. But now back to the roots...Elevator 1

Growth and first mistakes
MOSAIQ is no longer in its infancy and we have been able to acquire our first major customers and implement ever larger projects. And sooner or later, of course, we had to make a mistake, but we and everyone involved can now smile about it.

We are settling down!
We have already welcomed numerous customers to our old office building on Charlottenplatz in Stuttgart - but that wasn't always the case! We now feel more than at home at Urbanstr. 1, although we had to leave shortly after moving to the center of Stuttgart...
And a lot has happened 10 years after the agency was founded.

This also applies to our agency name. MOSAIQ-MEDIA becomes MOSAIQ in a nutshell! Of course, this had to be celebrated extensively, because the agency celebrations are now legendary!

New working environments at MOSAIQ too
From the very beginning, team spirit has been our top priority. Numerous employee events and working together on various projects are an integral part of MOSAIQ's DNA. Of course, coronavirus has hit us all the harder. Fortunately, the pandemic was not a problem for us economically, but the empty offices were a clear sign that work now works differently. We now have numerous "branch offices" throughout Germany.

A quarter of a century later
The first 25 years went by faster than expected. Together with our sister agency Funntastic, we are now a team of around 50 colleagues. We are particularly proud of our many employees and customers, some of whom have been with us for many years!
Communal events are still very popular with everyone. But of course, we don't miss out on work either and, thanks to our size, we can now handle very extensive projects. We can continue like this for the next 25 years!

What remains - looking ahead
The last 25 years have had a lot in store for us. Beautiful, difficult and many unexpected things. So we look forward to the next few years with the certainty that openness to new things, a positive world view and honest, human relationships are the best foundation. For all of us and our future together as MOSAIQ.
